How do I change to online-only bills?

Big things are coming at EE

BT and EE are part of the same family, and big things are coming for the EE brand. But this won't change any of the BT services you have with us today. Read more about the changes coming to EE.

You'll pay £3 for each paper bill you get. You can avoid paying this charge by switching to online-only bills.

With online billing you can see your latest bill and any previous ones in one handy place. Copies of your bills are stored for 15 months, so they're always there to look at, download and print whenever you need them. And it's really easy to switch!

In order to view your bills online, you'll have to activate your BT ID first. You can do so here Create a BT ID>

Once you've done that, it's time to set up your online-only bills.

  1. Log in to My BT >
  2. Click Billing & Usage

  3. Scroll down to Quick links at the bottom of the page and click Change how you receive your bill

Click Change how you receive your bill quick link

  4. Under the Choose how to receive your bill header, select the Online only option and then click the purple Save Changes button

    Select Online only option
