Help if you can’t pay your bill or get to your usual PayPoint location

Contact us as soon as possible at 0800 0800 150. We may disconnect or restrict your service, or charge you, if you don't pay your bill.

Set up a Direct Debit

Set up a Direct Debit in My BT (or call us on 0800 44 33 11).

You’ll pay your whole bill amount every month when it’s due, which is usually 8 days after the date the bill is produced. This known as a ‘Whole Direct Debit’.

If you get a quarterly bill, you can set up a ‘monthly payment plan’. You’ll spread the cost of your bill making fixed monthly payments by Direct Debit, based on an estimate. We automatically adjust your payments if you’re paying for more or less than you’ve used.

Pay online

Pay your bill on My BT with a debit or credit.

You can make a payment without logging in if you don’t have a My BT account.

By phone

Call 0800 44 33 11 to pay your bill by phone with a credit or debit card.

It might be helpful to have your bill when you call.
