The BT Cloud apps for iOS, Android and Windows Phone regularly update themselves to show you the latest content you’ve added to BT Cloud. But there are a few reasons why new content might not appear straight away, such as:
- Your phone or tablet is low on battery, and BT Cloud is helping you save power by not updating
- There isn’t a Wi-Fi connection available, and you’ve set the app to not sync over your mobile data connection
- Your phone’s operating system is preventing BT Cloud from running in the background
Can I get the mobile apps to update?
Yes, you can manually trigger our mobile apps to update themselves. To do this:
- Go to the "Activity" screen on the BT Cloud main menu
- Pull down on the screen to refresh
