I've forgotten my BT Email address (username)

Your BT Email address (also your username) ends in @btinternet.com, @btopenworld.com or @talk21.com.

If you've forgotten your email address, you can find it on the BT Email management page in My BT.

Here's how:

Log in to My BT with your BT ID username and password
Click on Your package and then Inclusive extras

Inclusive extras

Now click on the BT Email link and then Manage BT Email
On the next page, you'll be able to see all your BT email addresses (usernames)
