Can I let callers know I have a fault and that it's being repaired?

If you include your account number when you first report a fault, you can arrange to have a recorded message tell callers there's a fault on the line. If you reported the fault online, you'll be asked if you'd like to add an out of service message. You can also call 0800 800 151 to get this added.
