Some of our phones have ECO mode. If ECO mode is on, the phone only uses the power it needs to communicate with the base. So that's instead of full transmission power all the time.
If you're not getting a good range:
- Check the ECO mode isn't on before moving closer to the base. You'll know if ECO mode is on because you'll see an ECO icon on the phone's display
