I want my BT services to be reconnected or have restrictions lifted

To have partial or complete restrictions lifted from your line you'll have to pay everything you owe BT. We'll then reconnect your line automatically within four hours of processing your.....

To have any restrictions lifted, you must pay everything you owe plus a fee of:

  • £12 (including VAT) if we've partially restricted your service  
  • £18 (including VAT) if we've completely restricted your service 
  • £36 (including VAT) if we've disconnected you completely 

We'll tell you if we've partially or completely restricted your service, or disconnected you. 

We'll always charge the fee if we didn't get any payment before your line was restricted or disconnected.

Paying online through My BT is the quickest way to pay what you owe.

We'll reconnect within 24 hours of processing your payment.
