Big things are coming at EE

BT and EE are part of the same family, and big things are coming for the EE brand. But this won't change any of the BT services you have with us today. Read more about the changes coming to EE.

You've been charged for a full month

You’ll get refunded the difference within two weeks of leaving BT.

This charge is under each BT product in ‘Your regular charges’. Check where ‘Your regular charges’ are on your bill.

Cancellation charges

You may also have a cancellation charge on your bill, if you ended your contract early. Show cancellation charge on the bill.
