BT Price Change Calculator

Big things are coming at EE

BT and EE are part of the same family, and big things are coming for the EE brand. But this won't change any of the BT services you have with us today. Read more about the changes coming to EE.

This calculator shows how much your product will be if it is affected by the standard price rise. For existing customers, please see your personal price rise notification to see which products are affected.

Why is my bill changing?

Each year, we adjust the prices of some of our products and services in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation, plus 3.9%. This means that the prices of your products with us may change. You can use our Price Calculator to see what the new price will be, if your product is subject to the CPI+3.9% increase.

What is the Consumer Price Index (CPI)?

It’s a measure of the rate of inflation, so the change in the prices of goods and services over time. The Office for National Statistics publishes the CPI rate every month, based on household spending across the UK.

How is this change calculated?

If your price is changing, we’ll add the relevant percentage to the price you were paying up until 31 March 2023. Any price change will be in line with your terms and conditions. We’ll explain what this means for you personally in an email or letter we’ll send to you between mid-February and the end of March 2023.
