Can I view all my SIMs in the My BT app?

Big things are coming at EE

BT and EE are part of the same family, and big things are coming for the EE brand. But this won't change any of the BT services you have with us today. Read more about the changes coming to EE.

If you've got more than one SIM on your account, you can now view them all in the BT Mobile app.

If you've got more than one SIM on your account, you can now view them all in the My BT app. This makes it easy for you to check your usage and manage your SIMs.

This is only available on Android and iOS at the moment. Visit Google Play or the iPhone App Store to get the latest version.

Only the account holder can view all their SIMs in the My BT app:

  • Click Other SIMs on your account then sign in with your BT ID and password
  • If you can't see this, go to Settings and select Show usage data for all SIMs

In order for you to access more information about your account, we’ve made the app more secure. This means you'll need to set it up again but don’t worry, it's easy to do and it won't take long.

Just make sure you’re connected to mobile data and we’ll authenticate you using your SIM details.

There are a couple of ways to activate the app but we recommend the first one. If this fails, try the second option.

  • If you're connected to mobile data, just open the app and we’ll activate via your SIM. It only takes a few seconds
  • If you're connected to wi-fi, follow the step by step instructions. We’ll ask you to enter your mobile number then send a text with a four digit PIN. Type the PIN into the app and you're done

Only the account holder or the bill payer can sign in and view other SIMs on your account. Not sure if you're the account holder? You can check this at www.bt.com/mymobile >

If you are the account holder and you're still having problems, try changing your password at www.bt.com/forgotpassword >

If you have more than one account or BT ID and you've forgotten the details, click Forgotten BT ID? or Forgotten Password? and follow the instructions.

If you sign in with your BT ID and just want to see information for your own SIM, go to Settings and select Show usage for my SIM.

If you want to see information for all the SIMs on your account, click Settings and select Show usage data for all SIMs.

We'll only show you the SIMs that are under the same account as the SIM that’s in your phone.

If you have more accounts, you can see them online at www.bt.com/mymobile >

If you need help when you're in the app, just click on the pink ? in the top right hand corner of the page. Or, click on the side menu.

You can’t do this from within the app but we’ve added links to take you to the right place.

Just click on the link and type in your BT ID and password.
