What is premium service?

When activated, premium services will automatically record videos to the cloud when your camera senses motion. These videos can be viewed on your smart device or laptop, and also downloaded via your laptop for a permanent copy.

Premium service will also let you receive notifications via email.

Note: You don’t need to have premium services to use general camera features such as motion detection and push notifications. The standard product features will always be free.

How much does premium service cost?

£6.99 for 30 days.

How long are the clips stored in the cloud?

Clips will be stored for 14 days. Please download them to your smart device or laptop, if you wish to keep them permanently.

What is the free trial?

You'll be able to trial premium services for 14 days before purchasing. The free trial will only be available to you once.

Do I need to wait until my trial is over to purchase the 30 days recording plan (premium service)?

No, you can purchase anytime during the trial or after the trial.

Can I renew the 30 day plan at any time?

Yes, you don’t need to wait until the current plan has expired. Any new purchases will be added to your existing days.

So if you purchase two 30 day plans, you'll have 60 days of recording (premium service) enabled on your camera.
