When will my BT Hub be delivered?

Big things are coming at EE

BT and EE are part of the same family, and big things are coming for the EE brand. But this won't change any of the BT services you have with us today. Read more about the changes coming to EE.

Your BT Hub will be delivered by Royal Mail either the day before your services go live, or on the day itself. You can track your order online at www.bt.com/ordertracking......

Your BT Hub will be delivered by Royal Mail either the day before your services go live, or on the day itself. It will arrive between 7am and 6pm, and Royal Mail will text you beforehand.

If you've taken BT TV along with BT Broadband, your parcel will be sent via Parcel Force rather than Royal Mail. Parcel Force will also text you ahead of your delivery.

Remember - you can track the status of your order online or on the My BT App.

You can track your BT Hub delivery and all other orders online at www.bt.com/ordertracking >

Once you have logged in, if it’s within 48 hours of your broadband activation date, you can click the Track your Parcel button.

This will take you to www.royalmail.com or www.parcelforce.com to track your parcel.

You should then see your parcel reference number and be able to track the delivery. Just be aware that sometimes there's a slight delay between the appearance of the parcel number on the order tracker page and the parcel appearing on Royal Mail or Parcel Force's online system. So you may need to try again later.

Due to the nifty design of our latest hubs, the Hub 4, 5 and Smart Hub will fit through most people’s letter boxes.

If it doesn't fit in your letter box or you've ordered more than one product from us then wherever possible the courier will leave your parcel in a dry, secure location. If you don't specify a location when you order, then we'll leave it:

  • With a neighbour
  • On your front or back porch
  • In your garage
  • In a shed or outbuilding

If your Hub has been left in a safe place, there'll be a card telling you where to find it. If it can't be left, you'll need to collect the parcel from your local delivery office or re-arrange delivery. All the details will be on the card.

No. Deliveries of broadband equipment are on weekdays only. And we don't deliver on Bank Holidays.
