Big things are coming at EE

BT and EE are part of the same family, and big things are coming for the EE brand. But this won't change any of the BT services you have with us today. Read more about the changes coming to EE.

With Wi-Fi Calling from BT Mobile you can now call and text over wi-fi in the UK. This is great news if you live in an area with poor coverage and can't use your mobile at home; just connect via wi-fi instead. </.p>

You don't need an app as Wi-Fi Calling works in the background, so you can use your phone as normal. And it won't use up your data allowance either, as calls and texts come out of your monthly minutes and texts allowance.

It's available to anyone with BT Mobile - whether you've got SIM only, a Family SIM or a BT Mobile phone plan. You'll need a compatible device with the latest software.

Just so you know, Wi-Fi Calling isn’t available abroad at the moment.
